I will explain what should form the spine, how many hosted days may make sense, what deserves priority, and what I would deliberately leave out.

The detailed daily plan, reservations, transport schedule, and restaurant list are prepared after the scope and deposit are confirmed.

No booking is created by submitting. Full flight details are requested only when the arrival and departure arrangements are ready to be confirmed.

Booking terms

01When will you be in Beijing?Please share your arrival date, departure date, and approximate time in the city.

02How many days would you like personally hosted?Two days is the starting point. Approximate is fine.

03Who is travelling?Include adults, children and ages where relevant, walking comfort, and anything that may affect the pace. Bespoke Beijing experiences are for no more than five guests.

04Is this your first time in Beijing or China?Returning visitors often need a very different starting point.

05What draws your attention?Architecture, history, food, neighborhoods, contemporary life, landscape, photography, family time, or something more specific.

06What already feels important?Share any place, meal, experience, or question you would be disappointed to miss.

07What would make the stay feel wrong?Crowds, too much walking, early starts, rushed meals, frequent transfers, shopping stops, or anything else you would rather avoid.

08How are you arriving and departing?Airport, approximate arrival and departure times, and whether everyone travels together are enough for now. Full flight numbers are not required yet.
